As at early as eight O'clock this morning being the second day of October two thousand and sixteen, young and old men of Enugu State (rural/urban area inclusive) have been waiting for the gate of Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium to be opened as the Governor of Enugu Rt. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has declared a free entry to the gate as early as 1:00pm.
Except for entertainers and journalist who already has a stand, I doubt that stadium can contain a quarter part of the well wishes.

The governor has already planned a pre ad after entertainment party as the spirit of the Ranger muscle feels like the winning side.
